The MCL Voice Picking Connector enables communication between MCL Applets and its configured devices and the SOFTBOT Platform. Supported devices can be voice only or multi-modal with voice, scanners, and displays. The SOFTBOT Platform will request new picking tasks advise of updates or request cancellations of existing picking tasks and handle real-time notifications of picks status updates, including shorted picks.
