In 2021, SVT was named a Cool Vendor by Gartner in its Cool Vendors in Supply Chain Execution Technologies report. The report stated it selects vendors that target the need for better supply chain productivity from digital investments
The Cool Vendor designation recognizes emerging companies offering technologies or services that are innovative, impactful, or intriguing—enabling new capabilities, delivering meaningful business value, or introducing approaches that capture Gartner analysts’ attention.
A distinction awarded only once to a company, the recognition marked an important milestone for SVT and its mission to eliminate the complexity of warehouse automation integration.

SVT was recognized as a Sample Vendor in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Supply Chain Execution Technologies, 2021, in the category of “Multirobot Orchestration.”
The Gartner Hype Cycle represents the maturity, adoption, and social application of specific technologies that have real world impact. The report stated that Multirobot Orchestration platforms sit between and integrate with business applications and heterogenous fleets of operational robots, both mobile and stationary.
