Overview

The Fishbowl connector facilitates picking and replenishment tasks.
Picking jobs created in the Fishbowl Sales Order module are brought into the SOFTBOT Platform and translated into PickTasks. SOFTBOT Platform orchestrates these jobs to downstream technologies for execution. Complete and short updates are sent back to Fishbowl.
Replenishment tasks from the Fishbowl Transfer Order module are brought into the SOFTBOT Platform and translated into TransportTasks. The SOFTBOT Platform orchestrates these jobs to downstream technologies for execution. Completed replenishment updates are sent back to Fishbowl.
Examples of downstream execution technologies that can be quickly paired with Fishbowl are AMR’s and human assisted voice and vision systems.
